We are pleased to have Bishop Cathleen Bascom sitting in our congregation on Sunday, Feb. 9. Also, we welcome the Rev. Tom Baker, our guest Eucharistic minister who will be preaching the sermon. Please take a minute to say hello after the service during coffee hour.

The work of a steward should sometimes be done in private...but sometimes it should shine before others. The work of a steward is effective not only in the work itself, but also in the witness it gives.

Give the Gift of Episcopal MegaCamp to the Parish Youth

As a parish we look to the future of the Church and give the gift of Summer Episcopal MegaCamp to our campers by raising the money to cover all of their costs – please give generously to our young people! Please write “Mega Camp” on the memo line of your check.
OUTREACH

BackSnack Packing - NO PACK February 12
Wednesdays at 5 pm at St. Aidan's

During the school year we pack healthy weekend “BackSnacks” for the students at five area elementary schools. Don Seifert is our BackSnack Coordinator.
 
Center of Grace - February 29
Fourth Thursday of The Month

Please pitch in and help serve the Community Meal at the Center of Grace, 520 S Harrison, Olathe. Cooks at 1 pm, servers at 5 pm, and clean-up crew at 6 pm. See Barb Belt (913 515-9001) for more information. 

Desserts can be dropped off at St. Aidan's by Noon on that Thursday.

Toiletry Items for Homeless Shelters
Please bring personal-size toiletry items and put them in the basket in the entryway. Blessings.

In cases of pastoral emergencies, please contact Senior Warden Julie Wojtas at 630 865-3931. If she is not available, please contact Vestry Member Jane Bush at 913 226-3565.
Prayer Requests and Lay Eucharistic Visits
Please email any prayer requests to Karon Wintrode, and she will post them on Unison.  kwintrode22@comcast.net.

Also, If you know of any parishioners who are unable to come to church and would like Holy Eucharist brought to them, please email requests to Karon Wintrode at kwintrode22@comcast.net, or to Carolyn Sturgeon at freckeye@yahoo.com.
