All Are Welcome at Saint Aidan's Episcopal Church!
We are a loving community of followers of Jesus who worship joyfully in the Episcopal tradition, each other in prayer and fellowship, and serve the community through our outreach ministries. Please stay after worship so we can say hello. Whether it is through participating in the worship on Sunday morning, or through serving as the hands and feet of Jesus to the world by our outreach ministries, we know that you’ll find a home here at St Aidan’s!!!
Sunday, December 15, is the Third Sunday of Advent
The Lord Shall Reign Forever!

Our Lectionary readings for Sunday, December 15, are: Isaiah 11:1-10; Psalm 72:1-7, 18-19; Romans 15:4-13; Matthew 3:1-12.

Click Here to view the December 15 Lectionary Readings.
Jesus answered them,
“Go tell John what you hear and see:
the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have good news brought to them.”
Mathew 11:4-5
What Jesus offers are not things that people want (as in Christmas gifts) but things they need: sight, the ability to walk and to hear, especially to hear the good news. A steward might be thinking: How can we bring these necessities to the needy around us?
