St. Aidan's Weekly Newsletter
The mission of St. Aidan's is to make disciples by proclaiming Christ as Lord and making a difference in our community.
A Prayer For New Year’s Day: The Feast of the Holy Name
O God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, whose years never fail and whose mercies are new each returning day: let the radiance of your Spirit renew our lives, warming our hearts and giving light to our minds, that we may pass the coming year in joyful obedience and firm faith; through him who is the beginning and the end, your Son Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Sunday Worship at St. Aidan's ...
9 am: Adult Forum
10 am: Worship; Children's Chapel and Nursery
All Are Welcome at Saint Aidan's Episcopal Church!
We are a loving community of followers of Jesus who worship joyfully in the Episcopal tradition, each other in prayer and fellowship, and serve the community through our outreach ministries. Please stay after worship so we can say hello. Whether it is through participating in the worship on Sunday morning, or through serving as the hands and feet of Jesus to the world by our outreach ministries, we know that you’ll find a home here at St Aidan’s!!!
Sunday, December 29, is the First Sunday After Christmas

"And the Word became flesh and lived among us. He was full of grace and truth. And of his fullness we have all received."
Jesus came and showed us the fullness of his grace and his truth. Let us follow his example and extend that same grace and truth to each other and those we meet.

Give the Gift of Episcopal MegaCamp to the Parish Youth
Each Advent we look to the future and give the gift of Summer Episcopal MegaCamp to our campers by raising the money to cover all of their costs. Your donation during the season will send our young people to Camp Wood in June. Please write “Episcopal Camp” on the memo line of your check.

John Bullock’s Ordination Into the Priesthood - Jan. 11, Topeka

Be Our Guest Ministry
The end of the year is fast approaching and that means it is time for a new Be Our Guest Ministry calendar for 2020. Would you like to join this dedicated group of parishioners that provide treats for the social hour after church? I can add you to the 2020 schedule for as many times as you would like to serve. If interested or if you have any questions, please contact Janet Seifert.
