St. Aidan's Weekly Newsletter
The mission of St. Aidan's is to make disciples by proclaiming Christ as Lord and making a difference in our community.

Tuesday, December 24 - 4:30 pm - Christmas Eve Festive Eucharist
Wednesday, December 25 - 10:00 am - Christmas Day Eucharist
Blue Christmas Worship, Saturday, December 21 at 5 pm.
On Saturday, December 21, at 5 pm we are having a Blue Christmas Service, officiated by Deacon John Bullock. This service is not just for those with a loss. Anyone that wants comforting and to be with others, please join us.
Christmas Worship Services Sign-Up Sheet
There is a ROTA Sign-Up Sheet on the Bulletin Board for the Blue Christmas, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Services. If you will be at St. Aidan's for those services and can serve, please sign up.

St. Aidan's Youth Ministry Holiday Daycare - Sat., Dec. 21 from 9 am-1 pm
Our Youth Ministry Team invites you to bring your children by while you shop or take a time out of the busy season. Daycare for Potty-Trained through 12th Grade. Activities include Advent videos, Bible Stories and crafts.

Adult Forum is discussing the book Watch for the Light, a collection of daily readings that will help us go deeper into the seasons of Advent and Christmas. Click here for more information on Adult Education.

Center of Grace - Christmas Dinner on Thursday, December 26 at 5 pm
We are planning to celebrate Christmas with our neighbors at Center of Grace, 520 S. Harrison, Olathe, on Thursday, Dec. 26. We hope to have a traditional Christmas dinner with ham, potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls and dessert.

We welcome all who would be able to come help us serve. Cooks should arrive at 2 pm; servers at 5 pm; clean-up at 6 pm. If you are unable to help serve, please consider making a donation to help with the expense of the meal and desserts.

United Thank Offering (UTO)
UTO grants are awarded for projects in The Episcopal Church and throughout the Anglican Communion, each year with a different focus. For 2020, the focus is Bless: Share faith, practice generosity and compassion, and proclaim the Good News of God in Christ with hope and humility. Thank you for your contributions.

Toiletry Items for Homeless Shelters

Know how good a warm shower feels on a cold day? Share that feeling with the homeless in our midst. Please bring personal-size toiletry items and put them in the basket in the entryway. Blessings.
