Sunday Worship at St. Aidan's ...
9 am: Adult Forum
10 am: Worship; Children's Chapel and Nursery
You Are Welcome At Saint Aidan's Episcopal Church!
We are a loving community of followers of Jesus who worship joyfully in the Episcopal tradition, each other in prayer and fellowship, and serve the community through our outreach ministries. Please stay after worship so we can say hello. Whether it is through participating in the worship on Sunday morning, or through serving as the hands and feet of Jesus to the world by our outreach ministries, we know that you’ll find a home here at St Aidan’s!!!
Let Me Sing For My Beloved!

Our readings for Sunday, August 18, are: Isaiah 5:1-7; Psalm 80:1-2, 8-18; Hebrews 11:29-12:2; Luke 12:49-56
Canticle 16: the Song Of Zechariah; Canticle 18: A Song To The Lamb

“Do you think that I have come to bring peace to the earth? No, I tell you, but rather division!” Luke 12:51

This statement of Jesus should hardly be surprising. His message of total commitment to God’s realm, self-denial and justice for all was then and continues to be a radical call.

Followers of Jesus should not be surprised that their actions are often not welcomed by the powerful of this world. We must always remember to walk by faith through difficult times.
