"Whoever welcomes you, welcomes me, and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me." Matthew 10:40
Hospitality was without question one of Jesus' prime values, whether he was giving it or receiving it, and hospitality has been one of the most important Christian traits ever since. So a good measure of our stewardship is pretty simple: how hospitable am I?

Center of Grace has reopened their kitchen, so we can cook the meals at Center of Grace with some restrictions. We can only make 125 meals, box them and distribute them outside - the dining room is still closed - starting this month on the 4th Thursday - June 25th.
Volunteers will be needed to shop, prepare food, box the meals, make individual baggies of cookies/brownies, and hand out the packages at 5:30 that evening. If you are interested in helping in any of these tasks, please send a message or call Barb Belt at 913-515-9001.
Adult Forum will resume in July. Stay tuned for updated information.

For Guidance and Grace
Heavenly Father, in you we live and move and have our being: We humbly pray you so to guide and govern us by your Holy Spirit, that in all the cares and occupations of our life we may not forget you, but may remember that we are ever walking in your sight; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Heavenly Father, giver of life and health: Comfort and relieve your sick servants, and give your power of healing to those who minister to their needs, that those for whom our prayers are offered may be strengthened in their weakness and have confidence in your loving care; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever.
